Polymorphismen aus CYP3A4 und CYP3A7 wurden zur Verbesserung der Biotransformationsraten eingeführt. Produktion von 4-Hydroxydiclofenac und 3-Hydroxyibuprofen und coexpression artfremder Reduktasen im Ganzzellsystem. |
