| Abstract: | In the following paper, an approach for a consistent classification of the characteristics and the properties both of services and material products is shown. This could be a starting point for a methodology for the systematic development of Product-Service Systems, which consist of services and material products. For this purpose, approaches from business administration and engineering sciences, that deal with systematic development of services and material products and their properties, characteristics and qualities have been examined. |
