Abstract: | In dieser Arbeit wurden die Liganden 1,3,5-Tris{[(E)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)¬methyl¬iden]¬amino}-1,3,5-tridesoxy-cis-inosit (thici), all-cis-2,4,6-Trimethoxy-N1,N2,N3-tris(2-hydroxybenzyl)-1,3,5-cyclohexantriamin (thbca), 1,3,5-Tridesoxy-1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxybenzylamino)-cis-inosit (thci), all-cis-2,4,6-Trimethoxy-N1,N2,N3-tris[(E)-2-hydroxybenzyliden]-1,3,5-cyclohexantriamin (thbci), all-cis-2,4,6-Trimethoxy-N1,N3,N5-tris[(E)-(2-pyridylmethyliden)-1,3,5-cyclohexan-triamin (tpmci), all-cis-2,4,6-Trimethoxy-N1,N3,N5-tris(2-pyridylmethyl)-1,3,5-cyclohexan-triamin (tpmca) und 1,3,5-Tridesoxy-1,3,5-tris(2-pyridylmethyl¬amino)-cis-inosit (pmaci) synthetisiert und ihr koordinationschemisches Verhalten durch Röntgenstrukturanalysen, Potentiometrie, mittels ein- und zweidimensionaler NMR-Spektroskopie sowie durch Cyclovoltammetrie untersucht. Der Co(tpmca)Cl3-Komplex spaltet im basischen Milieu sukzessive alle drei Pyridylmethylsubstituenten ab. Zwischenstufen dieser Reaktion sind hydrolyseempfindliche Iminkomplexe, die durch oxidative Dehydrogenierung entstehen. Kondensationsreaktionen der Co(taci)- und Ni(taci)-1:1-Komplexe mit Pyridin-2-carbaldehyd führten zur Bildung der Komplexe Co(pmenci)(pic) und Ni(pmenci)(pic), die durch Röntgenstrukturanalysen nachgewiesen wurden. Die pKS-Werte und die Stabilitätskonstanten der Kupferkomplexe des Liganden all-cis-2,4,6-Trimethylcyclohexan-1,3,5-triamin (tmeca) wurden mittels potentiometrischer und NMR-Titration bestimmt. New lipophilic ligands derived from 1,3,5-Triamino-1,3,5-trideoxy-cis-inositol (taci), namely, 1,3,5-Trideoxy-1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxybenzylamino)-cis-inositol (thci), all-cis-2,4,6-Trimethoxy-N1,N2,N3-tris(2-hydroxybenzyl)-1,3,5-cyclohexane-triamine (thbca), 1,3,5-Tris{[(E)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)¬methyl¬iden]¬amino}-1,3,5-trideoxy-cis-inositol (thici), all-cis-2,4,6-Trimethoxy-N1,N3,N5-tris[(E)-(2-pyridylmethyliden)-1,3,5-cyclohexane-triamine (tpmci), all-cis-2,4,6-Trimethoxy-N1,N2,N3-tris[(E)-2-hydroxybenzyliden]-1,3,5-1,3,5-cyclohexane-triamine (thbci), all-cis-2,4,6-Trimethoxy-N1,N3,N5-tris(2-pyridylmethyl)-1,3,5-cyclohexane-triamine (tpmca) und 1,3,5-Trideoxy-1,3,5-tris(2-pyridylmethyl¬amino)-cis-inositol (pmaci) have been synthesized. The conformation equilibrium of thbca was studied in solution and a strong dependence on pH and temperature was found. The complexing properties of the ligands towards Zn2+, Cd2+, Ga3+, Ni2+, Cu2+ and Co3+ have been investigated in solution and in solid state using NMR-spectroscopy, potentiometry, cyclic voltammetry and X-ray analysis. For the CoIII(tpmca)-complex, an oxidation of the ligand was observed in alkaline solution. Intramolecular condensation reactions between coordinated polyamino-polyalcohols and pyridine-2-carboxyaldehyde have been examined as part of a route to the synthesis of polydentate ligands and complexes. The pKA-values and the stability constants of all-cis-2,4,6-Trimethylcyclohexane-1,3,5-triamin (tmeca) with Cu2+ were measured with potentiometric and NMR-titration experiments. |
